Operational Guidelines and Liability Limitations.
SpecInfo includes high-intensity diagnostic modules (Stress Tests). These operations will force hardware components to peak power consumption and heat output. Use only on systems with verified cooling integrity.
1. Limitation of Liability
SpecInfo is provided as a browser-based diagnostic utility. Under no circumstances shall the developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental hardware damage, thermal failure, or data loss occurring during or after the use of this software.
2. Accuracy of Diagnostics
Diagnostic data is retrieved via high-level Web APIs. While optimized for professional auditing, results should be treated as professional estimations. Verification with secondary low-level hardware tools is recommended for mission-critical certifications.
3. No Redistribution
The SpecInfo v20 source code, UI/UX assets, and the "Audit Certificate" logic are protected intellectual property. Redistribution or commercial resale of the software itself without prior consent is prohibited.
